  • Customers must accomplish an Installment Plan Application Form through our website or through our branches in Pangasinan, La Union, and Zambales.
  • Submit the Application Form along with the requirements.
  • Once submitted, we will process your application.
  • Please wait for our advice if your application is approved or not. 
• What are the requirements needed?
  1.  Duly accomplished  Installment Plan Application Form
  2.  Photocopy of 2 valid IDs with your current address
  3.  Proof of Income that reflects your current address
• How long is the installment plan of BHF Appliance Center?
  • We offer installment terms for up to 12 months depending on the item you will purchase.
